How long until I receive my results?

Upon receipt of your mailed samples, you can expect to receive your results in less than three weeks. Results will be delivered via email, unless you request otherwise.

What needs to be included in the envelope provided in the kit?

Upon receiving your test kit, you will need to include a small sample of your pet's hair or fur in the provided bag. The label on the back of the bag must include your name, your pet's name, and the type of test. If you wish to have your dog food tested, please include a small sample (5-10 pieces) in the labeled bag titled "dog food sample." If you choose to do so, please include the brand and type/description of the food you've sent.

What is the return policy?

Refunds are available for scans purchased through essentiallyrenewed.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, no refunds will be granted. Remedies may be returned within 10 days of purchase, and the cost of shipping will be at your expense. Your refund will be credited to your account once we receive the returned item(s). Please note that we do not accept returns on any open products.

How can I avoid shipping cost?
